Working with Coaches from such a diverse range of backgrounds and styles has really enabled me to reflect on my own approach to coaching and redefine my goals as a coach. Combining different techniques within the supervision sessions also reminded me of Clutterbuck’s ‘managed eclecticism
It was inspirational for me to work with such a great group. I loved the variety of the interventions and thought the planning of such a varied timetable was brilliant. Loved the opportunity to stop and reflect on my coaching practice
You and participants were understanding of my evolving association with coaching, and you afforded me chance to explore (sometimes indirectly) related questions that were important to me. As for the beach, it was fantastic to take ‘work’ outside the confines of a room.
Great location – contracting on the beach was just glorious (the sun decided to come out in November!). Michelle had put a lot of thought into the structure of the weekend and she created the right space for deep reflection and meaningful discussion.
An easy friendly atmosphere, meeting different coaches with a wealth of experience. The location was lovely and the framework/structure for the weekend made perfect sense.
I really appreciated the supportive atmosphere, a chance to seek other views and experiences and to learn.
An amazing opportunity to stand back from your coaching practice and see where you are and what you need to do next. Such a supportive environment but also challenging and stimulating. And tremendous fun too!
