Greenfields is an independent consultancy led by Executive Coach Michelle Lucas in Newbury, Berkshire. We specialise in providing unrivalled expertise in career coaching and mentoring. Michelle established Greenfields in 2003, and as someone who has personally benefited from coaching, she’s a real advocate for its benefits. Alongside the consultancy, she also works as an Associate for many big names. Having managed a budget for a large organisation and now her own business, Michelle knows that return on that investment is critical.
