I have coached people who have worked for household names including WHSmith, Jewson, Unipart, npower, Johnson & Johnson and Aviva (formerly Norwich Union), Vodafone, BBC, BuroHappold, AB Worldfoods, Clarks, Dell, as well as smaller companies like Oxford Instruments, Scott Wilson, ExproGroup, GradWeb, Emunio. My latter corporate career was spent in the highly demanding sectors of Energy Trading and Investment Banking.
As a coach it’s important to maintain professional standards. In my work I abide by the Code of Conduct as laid down by the Association for Coaching and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and I am members of them both. Having delivered over 1000 hours of coaching I am now applying for accreditation by the Association for Coaching.
As a Psychology Graduate I have been a member of the BPS for many years and I have been accredited by them to deliver Psychometric Tests to Level B.
With a career in HR spanning over 20 years I have demonstrated sufficient expertise to be recognised as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
