I have a BSc in Applied Psychology from Cardiff University; an MBA from Warwick University and I completed my Coaching & Mentoring training with with Oxford Brookes University. As a member of the Association for Coaching I work in accordance with their competency standards. I’m also qualified with the British Psychological Society at levels A and B which means I can administer, interpret and give feedback on psychometric tests. Finally in recognition of the depth of my experience I have been awarded Fellowship with the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
