Typically how many coaching sessions will I need ?

This will depend entirely on what you want to achieve and how far your current thinking has developed. For many issues one or two sessions are sufficient. However, if we are starting from scratch we may want to allow for up to 8 sessions. Each session will recommend that you do some activities and some reflection before the next session.

What is a psychometric test ?

Broadly psychometric tests fall into 2 categories - ability and personality. In ability tests there are right or wrong answers, whereas in personality tests you are asked to report your preferences and interests. In both cases the test will give you a score on one or more dimensions, which then allows you to compare yourself to a common reference point (“norm”).

Why should I choose greenfields as opposed to another career coaching provider?

We would hope that you would choose greenfields because you feel our approach is right for you - it is very much an individual choice.

What makes greenfields different from other sources of careers advice ?

We believe our strength lies in enabling you to reach a level of self awareness where you can apply a new perspective not just to the situation in hand, but where this self awareness is enduring and will allow you to deal with future situations more effectively. As your own self awareness grows you may decide you need additional coaching to take your awareness to the next level. But in principle our goal is to liberate you to take control of your situation not to encourage a dependency on our service.
