Open Workshops run for the general public :Which Way Now?This is a series of half day workshops aimed at people who want to evaluate their career direction. Working as a small group Michelle will be able to provide individual attention as well as facilitate the exchange of ideas. By the end of the workshops participants will have greater clarity on their way forward. Designed for people who are frustrated in their current role or who have been made redundant you may attend one or all three of the workshops hosted at The Corn Exchange in Newbury, Berkshire. This one day workshop aims to look at what happens to those who remain with the organisation following a re-sizing of a business. The focus is on how managers can engage their people during difficult times and ensure they retain “supporters” rather than “hostages”.
