This one day workshop aims to look at what happens to those who remain with the organisation following a re-sizing of a business. The focus is on how managers can engage their people during difficult times and ensure they retain “supporters” rather than “hostages”

Specifically, those organisations who are re-defining their business to ensure they remain competitive and who recognise that the company will be more successful if it leverages the hearts and minds of all the employee that remain.

Managing through the other side of Redundancy is aimed at your leaders and will help them:

- Positively manage employee’s reactions to the change

- Know when their natural management style is helpful and when it’s not

- Release the discretionary effort of those that work for them

- Prioritise their key challenges for the months ahead

How will the workshop help your organisation ?

Before agreeing to deliver the workshop, greenfields will invest some time with your organisation to ensure we understand the context in which the workshop will be delivered and to understand how the standard workshop may need to be tailored. Our workshops give managers short bursts of information and then allows them time to explore what this means for them personally. Participants will be encouraged to problem solve with their peers in order to experience the value of collaboration. By keeping the group to small numbers, your workshop facilitator will be available for individual queries and to act as a catalyst to your managers thinking. This tailored approach ensures that your organisation gets a bespoke service and provides a clear return on investment.

So how much does it cost ?

Currently we are offering places at £500 per person. If you are between 5 and 249 employees you may be eligible for a Train 2 Gain grant

Where and when are the workshops carried out ?

This workshop can be delivered at location of your choice, either on or off site at a date to be agreed.
