Michelle understands that there needs to be a link between the amount of coaching you do and the amount of Coaching Supervision you need. Ironically however, sometimes it's when you can least afford it that you need a helping hand and yet at other times all you need is a quick conversation to reassure you that you are on the right track. That's why greenfields has introduced a credit system that allows you to tailor your supervision needs to the size of your coaching practice and gives you access to supervision support pretty much whenever you need it !

So how does it work ?

Our packages start at just £27.50 a month and require a 12 month commitment , this will buy you 5 credits and you can use these credits whenever you want within the year on the following products :

• 90 minute group coaching supervision with Michelle on the phone = 1 credit
• 90 minute individual coaching supervision with Michelle on the phone = 2 credits
• 2 ½ hour Face to Face Group Supervision in London or Oxford = 2 credits

The more credits you buy the better the deal !

• 5 credits = £27.50 a month
• 10 credits = £54 a month
• 15 credits = £79 a month
• 20 credits = £99 a month

All packages require you to set up a standing order for the relevant amount and this gives you access to Michelle at any point for a quick support session, without affecting your credits !
